• Sunday 30 March 2025 Litter Picking Year 6 have joined local residents to clean up Manton as part of The Great Marlborough Spring Clean.
• Monday 24 March 2025 Preshute Poetry Slam Children celebrate Red Nose Day and World Poetry Day with a poetry slam- Children performed own individual poems in their classrooms, with class winners performing in front of the whole school. Each class also learnt and performed a poem.
• Friday 7 March 2025 World Book Day 2025 Preshute celebrated the annual world book day in style this year, Marlborough News Online have published an article on our day!
• Tuesday 25 February 2025 Stay & Play 20th March We are welcoming preschoolers and their siblings to our next stay and play session. This time we will be exploring Spring and Easter themed activities both in the classroom and outdoors, so do come dressed for both!
• Monday 27 January 2025 Visit from Sophie Kirtley We had a visit last week from award-winning author Sophie Kirtley, it was lovely to welcome her into our KS2 classrooms to talk about her writing and how well it ties in with our curriculum learning.
• Tuesday 14 January 2025 Debi Jones Visits Preshute Preshute had a visit from Debi Jones, children's author, she joined us in our Collective worship before spending some time with our Roe Deer class.
• Monday 6 January 2025 Online Safety - Parents Forum, 5th February Looking ahead in Term 3 we are inviting Preshute parents to take part in our online safety event, held on Wednesday 5th February at 7pm. This is an online session run by SWGfL. The 90-minute virtual training session provides parents with an insight into popular technologies and how young people utilise them. Demonstrating the massive benefits and potential pitfalls, the interactive presentation provides parents with advice, strategies, and resources to help them understand and engage with their child’s online lives in a healthy, positive, and productive way.
• Monday 16 December 2024 Christmas with Preshute at Marlborough College We ended Term 2 with a celebration of all things Christmas at Marlborough College, who very generously allowed us to use their Chapel for the event.
• Thursday 12 December 2024 Nativities Galore! Preshute KS1 and Reception children blew us away with their rendition of 'The Christmas Recipe'. Marlborough News Online featured us in their nativity publication.

• Monday 16 September 2024 Welcome Reception 2024 As September comes around we open our doors to a new cohort of students, it's a very exciting time for the school and in particular our Year 6 buddies who welcome the newcomers with open arms.

Year 5 had an incredible time on their residential trip to Plas Pencelli, where they went canoeing, caving and gorge walking. In the evening they did Dingle Descent, which challenged the children and allowed them to work together to encourage their peers. They also did some orienteering, where they worked in pairs to put their map reading skills to then test - a trip to remember!
